Literally blogging from the bog next to my room as I've been locked out of my office. Reading some Erwin McManus - Barbarian Way.... "Greatest enemy of the movement Jesus started is Christianity.." quite a statement ! I think though most folks would agree, even those within the "institution". It has been said before that Christ didn't come to establish a religion or an institution but to initiate a world changing movement - His body on earth... More Lord
Back to work and re-developing my job role, how can I seriously help the anglican 500 churches in Devon (and others) take on a missional orientation particularly towards young people ? With my limited time and resources ?
Tonight with kids and then a jog and some web development !

The late Dr. S.M. Lockeridge, a preacher from San Diego, California who said these words in a sermon in Detroit in 1976
My King was born King. The Bible says He's a Seven Way King. He's the King of the Jews - that's an Ethnic King. He's the King of Israel - that's a National King. He's the King of righteousness. He's the King of the ages. He's the King of Heaven. He's the King of glory. He's the King of kings and He is the Lord of lords. Now that's my King.
Sitting in a long winded meeting so I can blog away... Having a great few days and next week half term with kids.
