Some history ...

The last few years has seen me launch into training and coaching youth workers and church leaders in a big way and I love it. At the moment I help to lead an exciting adventure called NIGHTCHURCH in Exeter Cathedral. But I want to develop an “extra-local” part of what I do and have been doing some for a number of years now but would now like to get some funding to release my time even more to this venture.

What would I do with the new time and funding?

I’d be more available to collect and tell stories – stories of God, His Kingdom and His people; help build people, divine movements and networks; make lots of friends, and make connections for others, especially missional Christ followers (church planters, social entrepreneurs, church leaders, leaders among emerging generations). I would meet and chat to as many folks as possible, lecture, train, coach, do research, eat and drink with new friends, work conferences and gatherings. I'm also keen to do some research into movements and how ideas spread exponentially.

I particularly want to develop leaders and coaches in partnership with Together in Mission and Fresh Expressions.
