sorting

Yes, my major theme seems to be sorting again. I guess it's because when i say I'm going to do something I want to do it. So many say things and don't produce the results, at times I have been like this but I want to do what I say - I think it's key to building trust with folks around me. So "sorting" is all about getting that backlog done and saying "no" to things that overload me. I have some hols with the family this Easter and lots of sorting!!
